Yes. Every Bisha rug is completely handwoven on a traditional loom.

Because custom rugs are woven specifically for you, they require a production period and are final sale once weaving begins.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

In the rare event that a rug arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the rug and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or appropriate solution.

Returns are accepted for standard (non-custom) rugs within 7 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused and returned in original condition.

Custom or made-to-order rugs are not eligible for return.
