At Bisha Rugs, each rug is carefully prepared and dispatched with the same attention to detail used in its craftsmanship. This Shipping Policy outlines our fulfillment process, delivery timelines, and responsibilities.

1. Order Processing

 

Standard Rugs (In Stock)

 

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Tracking information provided once shipped

 

Made-to-Order & Custom Rugs

  • Production time varies depending on size and complexity

  • Estimated weaving timeline will be shared before production begins

  • Shipping begins only after completion and final quality inspection

Please note: Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our rugs.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted international and domestic carriers such as:

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Other insured freight partners when necessary

 

All shipments include:

  • Tracking information

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Signature requirement for high-value orders (when applicable)

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 6–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–12 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events are outside our control.

 

4. Shipping Insurance & Risk of Loss

All rugs are carefully packaged to protect their integrity during transit.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier. Orders marked as “Delivered” with tracking confirmation are considered fulfilled.

If signature confirmation is required and completed, the order is considered successfully delivered.


5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Bisha Rugs is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

Reshipping fees may apply.

 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For all international orders:

  • All prices displayed on our website are final.
  • We fully cover all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT on your behalf.
  • You will not be charged anything extra at delivery, what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

In rare cases, if a shipping carrier mistakenly requests additional payment, please do not pay it immediately, simply contact us at love@bisharugs.com, and we will resolve it for you promptly.

We handle the entire import process to ensure a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience.


7. Delivery Issues & Claims

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photographs of the rug, packaging, and damage

 

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you believe you did not receive your package:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • We will assist in opening a carrier investigation

Please note: Carrier delivery confirmation serves as official proof of delivery for payment and dispute purposes.

 

8. High-Value Order Protection

For security and fraud prevention:

  • We may verify billing and shipping details before dispatch

  • We may require signature confirmation

  • We reserve the right to delay shipment if verification is required

These measures protect both our clients and our atelier.

 

9. Split Shipments

In certain cases (multiple rugs or oversized orders), items may ship separately. You will receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.

 

10. Shipping Delays

While we strive for excellence in fulfillment, Bisha Rugs is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Weather or natural events

  • Global logistics disruptions

We will always communicate transparently if delays arise.
