2. Shipping Methods
We ship through trusted international and domestic carriers such as:

3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

International Orders: 7–12 business days (depending on customs clearance)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events are outside our control.
4. Shipping Insurance & Risk of Loss
All rugs are carefully packaged to protect their integrity during transit.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier. Orders marked as “Delivered” with tracking confirmation are considered fulfilled.
If signature confirmation is required and completed, the order is considered successfully delivered.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Bisha Rugs is not responsible for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts
Reshipping fees may apply.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For all international orders:
- All prices displayed on our website are final.
- We fully cover all customs duties, import taxes, and VAT on your behalf.
- You will not be charged anything extra at delivery, what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
In rare cases, if a shipping carrier mistakenly requests additional payment, please do not pay it immediately, simply contact us at love@bisharugs.com, and we will resolve it for you promptly.
We handle the entire import process to ensure a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience.
7. Delivery Issues & Claims
If your order arrives damaged:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photographs of the rug, packaging, and damage
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you believe you did not receive your package:

Contact us within 48 hours

We will assist in opening a carrier investigation
Please note: Carrier delivery confirmation serves as official proof of delivery for payment and dispute purposes.
8. High-Value Order Protection
For security and fraud prevention:

9. Split Shipments
