At Bisha Rugs, every Oushak rug is crafted using traditional techniques and natural materials. Unlike mass-produced rugs, many of our pieces are woven by skilled artisans, a process that takes time and careful attention.

Because of this, your order may go through several stages before it reaches you.

Your order has been successfully received and is being prepared.

In Production

Your rug is currently being woven or prepared by our artisans.

Finishing & Quality Inspection

The rug is undergoing washing, finishing, and quality checks to ensure it meets our standards.

Shipped

Your order has been dispatched, and a tracking number has been provided on Email so you can follow its journey.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Once your rug has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the delivery progress.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, but most shipments arrive within 7–12 business days after dispatch.
