At Bisha Rugs, every piece is crafted with care, intention, and heritage. Our Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and reflective of the bespoke nature of our products.

 

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on standard (non-custom) rugs under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Rug must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Rug must be returned in original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us before shipping the item back.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order rugs

  • Personalized or specially sized rugs

  • Rugs purchased on clearance or final sale

  • Rugs that show signs of use, damage, or alteration

 

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping charges, customs duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your rug arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of:

  • The rug

  • Packaging

  • Any visible damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost where applicable.

 

5. International Orders

For international returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
