3. Pricing & Payments

We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer, depending on availability.

Bisha Rugs reserves the right to update pricing, product availability, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

 

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs

Custom and made-to-order rugs are produced specifically for you based on approved specifications.

Once production has begun:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Payments are non-refundable

We will share timelines and confirmations before production begins.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States and internationally where applicable.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Bisha Rugs is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
