Our rugs are handcrafted using traditional techniques. As a result:

Minor variations in color, texture, size, and pattern are natural and celebrated
These variations are not considered defects but part of the rug’s unique character

Product images are provided for reference only. While we strive for accuracy, colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We accept payments through secure third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer, depending on availability.

Bisha Rugs reserves the right to update pricing, product availability, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Rugs

Custom and made-to-order rugs are produced specifically for you based on approved specifications.

Once production has begun:

Orders cannot be canceled
Payments are non-refundable

We will share timelines and confirmations before production begins.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States and internationally where applicable.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Bisha Rugs is not responsible for delays outside our control.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and current. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or up to date.

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time without liability.

7. Intellectual Property
